We cannot for health reasons offer refunds on cutting boards, kitchen utensils, charcuterie tray, any food related items. If an item defective or broken upon receiving or within 30 days from normal use, we will offer to remake the item or offer a credit on the website.

Custom order items require a 50% non refundable deposit with the balance due upon shipping.
